About
Oda (Yasukaze Motomiya) is a young construction entrepreneur—but he also leads a vigilante group dedicated to eliminating the corruption festering in Kyoto. One day, he becomes entangled in a public works power struggle involving a construction company backed by the Ashikaga-kai, the largest crime syndicate in Kansai.
