About
One town, two goals, three miles apart. In a match of fierce loyalties, one outsider dares to learn the rules of the game.
For 900 years, Ashbourne plays a wild game of football on Shrove Tuesday and Ash Wednesday. With goals three miles apart and obstacles spanning streets, rivers, and fields, 5000 residents partake.
