Jannik Goicoechea Böcker

Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in Germany, Jannik Goicoechea Böcker is an independent filmmaker who loves to translate his most personal and surreal thoughts onto the screen. While he is interested in all kinds of art forms, it was cinema that truly caught his eye and heart. Themes such as perfectionism, social isolation, media manipulation and feminism form the core behind his work. His goal is to question perspectives and reveal their psychological landscapes. Currently, he is developing his debut short film “Forever My Guest” for the festival circuit.
