Flirty Girl Fitness
Flirty Girl fitness is a body makeover system that uses no ordinary exercises found on most fitness programs. Instead of boring repetitive routines, you will apparently learn and perform the world’s sexiest dance moves from music videos, club dancing, and exotic dancing among others. The concept is to have women do the exercises because it’s fun and not because they have to. Flirty Girl Fitness is a trademark owned by Flirty Girl Fitness, Inc. The program is a brainchild of sisters Kerry and Krista Knee who own a studio in Toronto, Canada, and another in Chicago. Due to the popularity of this fitness program, they are planning to expand throughout North America.
